POLICIES

1. Booking Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within a 48-hour grace period will not incur additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the total service price.

3. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the total service price.

4. Travel Policy

For on-location appointments, a travel fee will apply. The fee varies based on distance and will be communicated and agreed upon during booking.

5. Liability

Milk & Honey Skin Studio is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of esthetic treatments or the use of skincare and/or makeup products. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and current use of medications prior to receiving any service.

By receiving services, the client acknowledges and accepts any associated risks and agrees to release Milk & Honey Skin Studio and its staff from any liability arising from such reactions or outcomes.

6. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule an appointment without penalty if notice is provided more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

7. Wedding Day Timeline & Punctuality Policy

To ensure a smooth and timely experience on the wedding day, a detailed schedule will be created and shared in advance. Each member of the bridal party is expected to be present, makeup-ready (clean face, moisturized, etc.), and available at their assigned time slot.

If any member of the bridal party is not ready within 5 minutes of their scheduled time, their appointment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. This policy is in place to respect the overall timeline and ensure that services for the bride and the rest of the party are not delayed.

Milk & Honey Skin Studio is not responsible for any incomplete services due to tardiness.
